I would definitely recommend Ranj. He gave us good advice on the product, was on time and very respectful of the property. He left it nice and clean. A lovely all round gentleman. We will ask him to return for its annual service. 5⭐️ Thank you

The supposed service was not conducted to Professional standards .
All he did was topping up the pressure in the combo boiler loop and one safety check for the exhaust gas/ flue gas. Very rude in terms of behaviour. He did not have the shoe covers and entered the kitchen with dirty work shoes on. Hardly spent like 10 to 15 minutes and didn't cover the full scope of Boiler service. No preventative maintenance carried out on any part of the boiler.

I contacted The Bearded Heating Company yesterday, which was my first dealings with Ranj. He was very polite and professional. After sending some pictures to him, he arranged an appointment with me for the following day with a time. Ranj was punctual, friendly and identified the problem and replaced the part within the appointment. He took his time to explain the problem and reassured me if there were any other issues or had any questions he would be on the end of a phone call. I would highly recommend Ranj and we are having him back in April to service our boiler. Thanks again Ranj, really appreciate your time.
