I needed a roof repair and chimney removal and reached out to several contractors, but didn’t get a good impression from any of them. When I contacted Luke, he promptly arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment, provided a clear and honest quote, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism compared to the others. Although there were a few minor issues during the job, as often happens with construction work, Luke and his team were always considerate and responsive to my concerns. I would definitely recommend The Complete Construction Company. They also did eco grant work for me.

Just had some work carried out by Luke and his team including fixing a rotted ceiling joist, under drawing, boarding and plastering our living room ceiling. We also had the whole of our bathroom floor taken up, replaced with new and a new shower and shower boards fitted. The team were great and work carried out to a really good standard. Luke personally sorted out the few small snagging details himself and was incredibly professional. Communication from the office was great and they couldn't do more to make sure we were happy with everything. Will definitely use Complete Construction again and have already recommended to friends. Luke and his team have just carried out an extensive project at my house. It has been complex,involving rectifying damp issues, plastering, re roofing, pointing and installation of a new kitchen. All aspects of the work have been carried out to the highest standard.
Luke and the guys have a an excellent attitude and are quick to find solutions to problems that arise. They arrive on time, work hard and are prepared to go well above and beyond to complete the work.
They are all exceptionally polite and respectful. They spend time at the end of the day to collect and dispose of rubbish and leave the site in good order.

I am extremely surprised at the good ratings on here: I too read the reviews and thought this looked like an excellent company who would be able to undertake several works on a purchase property. I dealt with Holly who was very helpful but from there it went downhill; I had asked for quotes on around 8 fairly major jobs (roof, damp course etc - thinking it would be easier to go with one firm for everything) and got two - inexplicably, they couldn’t then break this down further into what cost what. I’ve since had to get several different tradesman in to quote on the individual works which has caused a lot of disruption as each has had to go in individually. The company director has been bizarrely unhelpful and the one who refused to break the quote down (all 2 jobs in there). A shame, as the company could have had at least £15,000 in works for us. If they assumed we weren’t going to buy or instruct, they thought wrong - and no point in ‘doing it all’ if you don’t, in fact, do it all.

I had 2 interior walls insulated and reskimmed with new skirts on. The cleaned up after themselves and came to check on the job the day after.

We have used Luke for a lot of renovation work in the house. Firstly Luke was called round to quote us for dry rot in our dining room which was quite bad. He removed all the dry rot within the flooring, skirting boards and a cupboard. He treated the dry rot with chemicals and replaced the flooring, and cupboard to a high standard.
The complete construction company then completed work on our back bedroom which was also damp on the outside wall. He removed the dry rot and plaster, he added isolation boards and replaced the window casing also replastered the wall. Luke underdrew the ceiling and plastered to a high standard. We have had no issues at all with damp since the work has been carried out.
Luke replastered our chimney breast in the living room as the walls were uneven.
We had a kitchen fitted by the complete construction company which was done to a very high standard.
Lastly we have had our forecourt reflagged and a wall rebuilt in the back garden.
