Do not use this company. We had Cotswold Casement replace our windows and doors in December 2022. We are having huge problems with condensation which we didn't have before. Cotswold Casement have offered no solutions, other than providing us with moisture meters which are all reading normal, still the problem persist. Most of the upstairs windows didn't open when they were fitted as they weren't measure correctly. We had windows that we scratched and needed to be replaced, faulty locks and still now we have loads of chips in the paint work outside. Really poor quality, thermally inefficient and we have been really disappointed with service.

Beautiful windows and doors that we had fitted a couple of years ago which still look amazing today. The Quality of the product, and the finish is exceptional. The whole process from design, to supply, installation and aftersales was simple, easy and hassle free. Highly recommended.

Awful service. I’ve waited almost a year for my windows to be completely installed and fixed. A job that started in November is still not completed. This company not only lied about a job that was sold as taking only 2 weeks to install which is now 7 months but they have repeatedly miscalculated numerous windows in my house furthering the delay. The last straw was when they damaged a window which was taken out to be replaced with a new window (wrong size again) and have left it damaged for over 3 months presenting a health a safety risk for my 9 year old daughter who has to walk past it every day, protected by only a thin plastic sheeting indicated in the pictures attached. I have made numerous calls only to be fobbed of repeatedly that the new correct order is being prepared, 4 months later no sign. I have to constantly chase them only to be met with excuse upon excuse. In total I’ve waited since November 2022 for this job to be completed. When they do make appointments they cancel repeatedly on the day, more times than I can remember. Resulting in me losing many days pay. The fact that they are content with smashing anexisting window and just covering it with thin plastic sheeting which my 9 year old daughter has to pass everyday, and not take this as a priority is the last straw. After calling the head of deliveries Spenser, you can understand my annoyance that a job that started in November has not been completed. He put the phone down on me and has not bothered to apologise or give me a date fix date. My project manager called and again ignored. He has written 2 email met with no response. The service has been truly awful and I wish I never come across this company. I am left with no choice but to write this and next stage taking it down the legal route . Awful service. I would stay well clear. They will be all nice on the phone but the reality is totally different. Expect a polite calculated reply to this post that save face but pls find pictures attached as proof of what me and my family have had to endure. And if anything happens to any of my children who fall through this, this will be a criminal matter. Stay well clear. Pictures attached.

I cannot fault this company. I was looking for a supplier of steel doors & windows to design, build and install 5 large french doors for my new design studio. These doors are an important feature of a period style building and need to be made to a high standard. Honestly, these doors are stunning. A friend of mine recommended the Cotswold Casement Company and I had an excellent experience throughout. Fantastic communication, a very thorough survey and design process and the doors were ready to install ahead of schedule. The finished product is of a very high standard. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Would not recommend - terrible complaints procedure. We had an issue with this company causing a long delay with installation of our windows and doors. We tried to complain multiple times and it was never properly escalated and we felt blocked and that we were never taken seriously despite them being the ones at fault. They ended up holding part of our order back after taking payment for it because we were complaining, and were not honest about what they were doing. Very difficult to deal with and we ended up just paying them to make it go away, but leaving the process feeling a very unhappy customer and very dissatisfied with the service. Will use a different company in the future.

Having got 7 different quotes from similar companies I chose Cotswold Casement as they were the cheapest, they were local and my communication with Christine was brilliant. The service was excellent from the guidance on the different types of windows to a walk around the workshop to the installation of my new windows and doors. The overall experience was flawless and I am looking forward to working with this company again in the near future. They provide class, beauty and that timeless look to an affordable price.

We had new windows to the front of our farm house and have been very happy. The quality was amazing and the service was good to. One of our windows misted up 6 months down the line and they came and changed this over in days. If you are wanting metal windows I would say they are a good bet and a easy company to deal with.
