Such a fantastic find! Walked past and was drawn in by all the gorgeous eclectic things outside; only to be transported to the 1920s with a dash of every other decade in to smooth the ride. Walked around to the sound of jazz and the scent of hyacinths leading to a very pleasant shopping experience. The lady and her lovely dog ‘Romi’ couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful in my search for candle holders. Just as there was outside, there was something interesting everywhere you looked. A thoroughly enjoyable shop, verging on museum of curios. Will definitely be going again!

Cressy, the owner has a fantastic eye for all things marvellous and interesting. Stepping inside The garage is like wandering into a magical Aladdin's cave. Cornucopia galore, things you didn't realise you needed until you step inside! I LOVE this place, whether it's vintage or modern with a twist, The Garage never disappoints.

The Garage is a hidden gem, you will always come away from the shop with something you didn’t know you needed! Cressy is so good at finding pretty & vintage objects and every time I go in she has a completely different set of things. I always pop in when I am in Petersfield to see what’s new.

Extremely rude staff member! Decided to pop in to ‘The Garage’ for the first time to have a look round, and the member of staff in the shop asked us to use the hand sanitiser provided, no problem! After using it, we proceeded into the shop and she asked us to use it again, we replied that we had already used it and then she asked again. We said again we have already used some and then she just said to us ‘But you didn’t did you’. At that point I walked out, I won’t be visiting again…
