Disappointing. We called in, had a chat and was told we'd have a response/ideas/plans in the coming weeks. Weeks went by, we called - the lady seemed confused at first, before remembering who we was, apologised and assured she'd be in touch. This was over a month ago. We opted for Coopers instead, and for our next kitchen purchase/fit we certainly won't bother wasting our time at this place again.
