We had a leak from the main cold water feed above our dining room ceiling. This resulted in a lot of damage. IPC were appointed by our insurer and completed all the building work to a great standard. Further damage was discovered when the ceiling was removed and they liaised directly with my insurer and still completed on time. We thoughoughly recommend IPC.

IPC were brought in following a protracted insurance claim where another contractor pulled out just before works were due to commence, after 15 months
Ellie was the MOST amazing client handler. She was efficient, supportive, responsive at all times and nothing was too much trouble for her. She treated me with dignity, respect, and empathy at all times.
Reace managed the project from start to finish, on site , and quite frankly, I can’t sing his praises enough. He is highly professional and skilled, with great communication skills. He is punctual, courteous, empathetic and a perfectionist. I trusted him implicitly!
Both members of the team deserve recognition and promotion, in my view. I have had dealings with a lot of people, but these two are exceptional , and I have no hesitation in recommending them 100%

Have chosen to use Direct Line’s chosen contractor to complete all the repair works following a water leak, IPC were given the task. The drying out process was flawless but
sadly that was where the expertise finish. IPC dont have their own staff (except for a Site Manager who is constantly contacted by the office throughout the day so is unable to get on with his work and the other tradesmen all appear to be contractors. The work took longer than expected due to flooring not being delivered despite 4 weeks notice - IPC chose to use their own supplier and not the one I recommended who had a 3 day lead time - and as I work from home, with clients, we therefore had to stop the works and arrange another date to start when flooring could be sourced. We then had tradesmen cancelling half hour before arrival and was only replaced when we constantly chased the office.

We ended up with numerous different tradesmen (approx 7 in 4 days) but around 11 people total over 12 days of work rarely completely finishing a job so jobs were taken over half way through by someone else with different skill sets and ways of doing things. Several things got damaged in the process of the repairs too and here we are, 2 months on, and we are still waiting to get the final bits of damage to get fixed.

Our initial handler whom had been really helpful and tried to keep us updated at all times, left the company with no warning (to us) and had no replacement and after us complaining, the Manager promised to keep us updated us with delivery dates of supplies waiting to finish the job - something she has failed to do and again we’ve had to chase and follow up ourselves.
Never again would I go down this route or use this company again - the stress they have caused has been far more than the stress of the initial mess caused by the water leak!

Fantastic experience! Total professionalism from start to finish. There were a lot of delays in being able to get our work started (nothing to do with IPC), but they were patient and understanding and then ready to go at the drop of a hat once we could get going. And then an extensive amount of work was done in record time and to fantastic quality.
I haven't met anyone who works as hard an diligently as Paul and the team - from early hours till late in the evening. And taking care to think outside the box and fix lots of little challenges along the way.
Most importantly, they were absolutely lovely to have around which was so important. I work from home and have two small children so it was really great that the team were so friendly and kind since they were with us for several weeks! Really made a difference to know we had people who were thoughtful and respectful doing the work, as well as doing a great job.

I cannot recommend IPC highly enough. From first contact to last Richard and his team were fantastic. They carried out a complete gut out and refit on my mother's bathroom. Not only was the standard of workmanship 5 star, everyone from the reception staff, workman and Richard conducted themselves with total professionalism at all times.
Their communication was positive and proactive at all times and my family and I felt reassured and confident we had the right people.
Can't thank them enough and have absolutely no hesitations in recommending

Insurance claim via direct line - IPC have been brilliant, really professional and friendly staff who return calls quickly, sort out any issues and provide regular updates of the work being carried out.
