I have never reviewed anything in my life before but it feels wrong on my part to not warn other would be renters about the impressive lack of professionalism this company exhibits. Expect maintenance to be neglected to the point of being unsafe. When you bring a maintenance issue to their attention expect to be accused of causing the problem yourself. If you are considering renting a place run by TMC, run. If you are considering having TMC run your rental property, do it because they will strong arm all your tenants into making you the most money possible.

My husband and I lived at a TMC managed property in Redondo Beach for 2 years before moving out of the state for work. The application and rental process was very easy. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly, and the 1 or 2 times we needed someone quickly outside of office hours (a plumber) there were no issues at all. Move out was handled well, with the pre-move out inspection giving us plenty of information for what to expect in terms of cleaning and cost for damages, etc. Our security deposit was returned withing the CA required timeframe, and we feel that the amounts withheld were very reasonable. Overall we were very happy with TMC for the 2 years we were in one of their properties.

Extraordinarily incompetent, hostile, and inflexible. Their infrastructure is from the previous century. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ripped us off for $300 with a bogus non-refundable application fee.

anytime you call its like your being scolded like a child and told that you are wrong about situations one brings to there attention. After 2.5 years we finally got a doorbell. In the mean time we have had plumbers and contractors of TMC walk into our home without permission. I got the response of "i knocked and opened door to yell if someone was inside..."sounds legal.

When the unit 4 moved out there carpet crew used our carport to as work station and when i accidentally ran over some carpet (Same color as drive) the Hispanic worker hit my car with his hand and threatened me.

Their normal hispanic crew with gold van actually comes and steals out of our trash well.

We were all given notice that our trash area had to be kept cleaner, when asked which recycling bin i was responsible for the answer was sarcastically "the one on the right maybe" Well, there is 3 of them and 4 units and when the person they have come by to take it down he leaves it days before allowing our papers to be dumpster dived. Coincidence someone tried to steal my bank information and wire through western union.

Notice was given about the severity of the drought and how we are responsible to attain items that will help during this time. For the past two years our sprinkles in the front have been going off at odd hours...for instance am and mid day..We may have to pay more water utility but 2 years of reminding that sprinklers going off in am and pm under sun does more damage than good both for water and grass. not only that but they are broken so what hitting pavement for 15 minutes every time. SO OWNER, just so you know your busted sprinklers have been going for 2 times a day since i moved in 2 years.

another plumber came today. left the bathroom filthy and our outside hose has been continously dripping at a steady pace since 5pm. its 1:20am.

BUT above all, for people that take people and put them in together to rent places, they always sound miserable. I have no idea how they still work there but my employees would be long gone.

Worst. Property. Manager. EVER! Where do I begin? Well let me start at the top with a woman named Susan who appears to be in charge over there. She's miserable. I mean really miserable. And apparently her unmiserableness trickles down to the rest of the staff. They all hate their jobs, they all hate their customers and they absolutely hate managing properties. Well, actually, they don't manage properties at all. They only collect rent checks. If a renter has a maintenance problem with a property, first they blame the tenant, then they send over the cheapest, filthiest, unlicensed contractor they kind find who will as quickly as possible try to fix the problem with as little effort as possible and with the cheapest materials they can find. They don't even care if they repair things to building code. Most of the time, they just cover up the problem and hope it goes away. This company is pathetic. Warning to you if you are a property owner: Do NOT hire TMC to manage your property. They will run it into the ground.

Very nice and knowledgeable people when it came to my questions about renting one of their properties. Although I was unable to get the rental I liked because I took too long deciding and it got taken (darn), I will definitely reach out to them again when I see another property I like. Thanks again!

The worst real estate management company. They do not solve the trouble. Leave it without doing anything. They can not even repair the doorbell. Just gather the rent check.

People who post good opinions about them will be staff of this company. Their job is the worst, there is no good thing.
