Amazing transformation of some old chairs that are of sentimental value but were in need of a modern revamp. Matthew was so helpful and patient, I struggled to find fabric with a kids theme but eventually he found just what I was looking for and stunning colours. The cushions were also a lovely idea too. I would highly recommend Matthew at The Odd Thing! We had attempted to make a window seat cushion ourselves but became totally flummoxed by it and it soon became clear that we needed an expert! Mathew pointed us in the direction of some online fabric sellers and we quickly made decisions about the colours and style we wanted. We had the fire retardant fabric sent directly to The Odd Thing which made life much easier! We are over the moon with the end result. It has really pulled together the space and complements the decor beautifully! As the cottage is so crooked the geometric design works really well and the piping and attention to detail are fantastic! We now have a similar project for Matthew in the sitting room!
