It flatters to deceive. I still cannot believe there is no elevator to the entire hall. If that is not a health and Safety concern, then surely its just mean and unconscionable. Other than that concern, every other thing checks out. Nice ambiance.

The Palatial Hall is a fantastic venue to host events, offering a perfect balance of elegance and affordability. Compared to other venues in the region, it truly stands out as a cost-effective option without compromising on quality. The facilities were well-maintained, the layout was spacious and versatile, and the atmosphere added a touch of sophistication to the occasion.

A special mention must go to Isaac, whose exceptional support made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. From the initial enquiry to the day of the event, he was consistently helpful, professional, and friendly. He went above and beyond to address every query and ensure that all arrangements were executed flawlessly.

We just got married here and I can’t recommend it enough. Great location, a beautiful inside area, beautiful architecture, plenty of parking, beautiful view and I’m in love with it. The managers (Jenny and Isaac) were amazing and were so helpful the entire way through.

Had our wedding reception here. Isaac and Jenny were absolutely lovely: they made it possible in very short notice and decorated the hall spectacularly. They were equally a phonecall or text away incase of anything. No complains. Good price, good service. Highly recommend the Palatial Hall for events.
Thank you guys for a job well done
Loads of ❤

Photos taken the night before the reception. Couldn't upload the photos on the actual day with dim and different lighting as they aren't out yet.

I recently got married at Palatial Hall and it exceeded all expectations! I’m still on Cloud 9 because of Jenny & Isaac! The venue offers breathtaking views that added a magical touch to the event. It was easily accessible, making it convenient for all guests!
The decor! Let’s talk about the DECOR! It was elegant, with a versatile layout that perfectly suited my Husband and myself’s vision. The lighting created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it ideal for the reception😍
The venue was well-equipped, with spacious getting-ready rooms, ample parking, and clean facilities. Everything felt well thought out to enhance the guest experience.
The staff were phenomenal! Especially Jenny and Isaac! They were very attentive, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, allowing us to enjoy their day stress-free!🥹
The palatial hall truly stands out as a premier wedding destination. It combines beauty, functionality, and exceptional service, making it a top choice for couples looking to create unforgettable memories. I would wholeheartedly recommend it!

A beautiful setting , but lacking in good flow of air movement , There were only two air conditioning units on back wall.so extremely uncomfortable , when it gets hot Ladies toilets need some serious attention ,most doors were shut! Disabled toilet not open and hand dryers were not fit for purpose
The dance floor? Was a substitute form of something ...not dure what ? but not suitable for dancing , As your feet can't move freely, so most ended up moving on to the surrounding carpet ..
A beautiful venue but could be improved by some do able improvements 👌

BEAUTIFUL venue with LOVELY managers

I don't really leave reviews but thought to leave one for this special venue after seeing some horrible comments left for the venue recently. It's rather unfortunate that people use Google reviews as a weapon to attack businesses reputation especially when they are confronted for doing the wrong things in the venue.

Venues in general have the responsibility to protect guests and are liable for anything that happens to guests under their roof, hence they have to comply with strict rules by the licensing committee, local council, environmental noise pollution and fire inspectors.

When people don't understand these laws they might think the terms and conditions are strict, they are written to protect the guests and the business. And any reasonable person will really appreciate it. Protection Protection, Protection is the key.

Their professionalism is unquestionable as other feedback indicates, they told us everything we needed to know and encouraged us to go through the terms and conditions as well. For those who don't bother reading the terms and conditions, they become problematic on the day and vent their annoyance by leaving negative reviews.

Thank God you have the option of viewing the Hall and meeting the management team for yourself before proceeding.

Decoration on the other hand is stunning, above and beyond as feedback also indicates.

Let's support our small businesses and encourage them to do well.🥰🥰🥰
