Nikki in the sales suit is superb and very good at her job making you feel at Home straight away.
She sold me my home with a good discount . Been here two years now. The area is very good with lots of facilities close by. Just wish the supermarket promised would turn up and petrol station on main A16 roundabout .
Like all new houses you get snags which in the main have been sorted out. It took quite a long time to sort out the pavements and roads around 1/2 the Quadrant and some of the road names do not match what’s on Google Maps still . Field Drive being the main ring road is called two names . I’ll be glad when the main road gets levelled as some large Lorrie’s shake our house going over different road levels near the junction . Minor details unless you live near a problem .

I couldn’t recommend it more.
The process of buying a house seems to be tough journey but choosing Chestnut Homes really paid off for my partner and me. Our sales negotiator Kamila made it stress free as much as possible.

Once the development at The Quadrant had started, we were quite sure that we might find our home there. Our dream came true and we were not disappointed at all. We are absolutely in love with our new home.

We find The Quadrant a very nice place to live. Despite the building work still going on, it's very calm and pleasant.

Had a really good experience with the sales team from reservation up to completion. Kamila was particularly helpful when i did my kitchen, flooring and bathroom choices and i'm very happy with the way everything turned out. The team responded promptly to all my queries and questions. The Quadrant is a lovely place to live, clean, beautiful houses, peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend!

Kamila at the Quadrant is the loveliest person you’ll ever meet. My partner and I are first time buyers and she made the process so nice and simple. Superb customer service at The Quadrant sales office. Kamila provided professional service from the day when we arrived to view property to very last day of completion. Always helpful and very responsive when needed. Hopefully Chestnut homes will be at least half as responsive in fixing snags if we will find any. 🙂

Kamila at the quadrant was extremely helpful and supportive. She helped my partner and I with the purchase of out first home, keeping us informed every step of the way. We both knew we could always call Kamila if we had any queries, and she always had an answer for us. She is very knowledgeable, and I must admit we were very lucky to have Kamila help us with the purchase of our home, we'd be lost without her! We used the recommended lawyers and mortgage advisors which really helped to speed up the process, as despite covid delays we managed to complete just a couple days after our completion date!
