Had a fire door fitted recently. TP Group had the best quote. I have to say the customer service has been second to none. I’ve been kept informed of proceedings from start to finish and if there were any concerns, Ross in particular was always patient with me and quick to respond. My certified fire door installers, Charlie and Mario were prompt, efficient and tidy. Having not physically seen the door before ordering, I was very pleasantly surprised at the good quality and beautiful aesthetics of the door. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I have had a fire door recently installed in our flat by TPG company.

My experience with TPG was beyond exceptional. Ross was very efficient and prompt with communications. Marius, the guy who fitted the door, was super professional. The installation was done precisely to millimetres, everything was tidy after and they took our old door away to dispose of.

I have not had such professional services for quite awhile! Very unique and exceptional. Big thank you to Ross and his guys!!

TPG recently carried out a fire protection project in our home. My husband and I had been faced with a complex challenge in coming up with a proposal/works for an opening that would meet our Council’s building regs requirements. TPG (Mark) worked efficiently, patiently and tirelessly with us and the council to come up with a suitable solution. Where lots of other companies gave up on us and our predicament, TPG (Mark) stuck with us. They liaised with the council on our behalf, including attending site visits. Hours extended way beyond just carrying out the works. The works were carried out professionally and diligently. The fee was extremely reasonable.
A particular huge thanks to Mark who was overseeing the project; he was sympathetic to the dilemma we faced from the outset and went over and beyond to see the project through to the council certification stage. Without him we couldn’t have done this and got our project over the finish line! We cannot recommend TPG highly enough. Thank you!

Following completing the enquiry form, the TP Group considered it the next day, and arranged materials and labour for that same week. Prior to the works commencing, RAMS (including COSHH assessments) were issued for approval. 1no. working supervisor attended site and carried out the works in a timely and professional manner, while educating our stakeholders. TP's Management were readily available over the phone and via email. Overall, a professional experience, that would be recommended.
