From the moment I spoke to Philip he couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. We wanted a Granny Annexe for my mother who had suffered a stroke and left her with impairments which meant she needed more support whilst maintaining some independence. My mind was put to rest that we might be able to fit a static caravan onto the front garden area of our property. Paul from Mobile Homes Essex carried out a site survey to confirm this. We went to view the show caravans at the UK Caravan Centre and we knew that one would be ideal. We chose a large twin one from Willerby Homes and my mum is delighted with it. As you can see from the photos our builder still needs to finish off some cladding and hand rails but it looks just like a smart log cabin.
Whenever I needed help or had a question Philip was always so obliging and nothing was too much trouble. In fact all staff were excellent including Anna and Catherine. When the caravan was delivered Paul and Phil from Mobile Homes Essex were incredible. How they got it into the space that was there up a steep narrow drive was a sight to see and be wowed buy. They then spent the next 2 days setting everything up and when we walked in, it was so smart and modern. A few snags but Hannah in the after sales team has also been absolutely fantastic in dealing with all of that and nothing is too much trouble either.
A perfect new home for my mum where sage feels safe and warm.

We just received our Delta Langford from The UK Caravan Centre. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase. Our van is even better then we imagined and perfect for our needs.

Gary and Anna were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, included many phone calls, messages, pictures, etc. They put our mind at ease very quickly that our purchase was in safe hands. They helped us make the right decision to suit our budget and our needs.

We never even viewed our van in person as Anna was so good in assuring us and showing us a video of the inside but they were happy for us to arrange a viewing also if we so wished.

Manufacture was very timely and delivery was very efficient. The delivery company and escort company the UK Caravan Centre hired from Ireland were also an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Phil at the caravan centre went above and beyond when my mother bought a mobile home from the caravan centre UK. Numerous calls were handled with patience and questions answered.
The van itself was better than we expected (having not seen it in person before it arrived !) The crew that they use for siting were amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We have recently purchased a caravan from the UK caravan centre. All the staff were really helpful, keeping us updated on the progress both via email and phone. I had several queries during the time we were awaiting delivery, and they were all answered promptly. We needed help finding a company to site our van, Philip sorted all this for us and delivery/siting went very smoothly. I would recommend this company to anyone, the price was also very competitive.

Looking for a new static caravan and found this company on Google. Phillip replied quickly to my enquiry and answered all my questions, nothing was any trouble.
