The laundromat is always dirty, washers and dryers are also dirty and never working. There’s poor customer service at this location at times there’s nobody here to give you change Or change machine ain’t working. Just another hole in the wall laundromat in our neighborhood.

Walked in having never used a laundromat before and was kind of nervous. Found the place to be extremely inviting, clean, and safe. The story behind the place and it’s owner is amazing. There is even a pool table you can use while you’re waiting!! All the washers and dryers are new and worked super well. Would recommend anyone on the Westside/Five Points area come to this laundromat!!

The prices are.reasonable for a laundromat, it's clean and we'll maintained. The attendant was helpful and friendly. There's a kid-friendly art room in back. What's not to like?

The Change machine does not work. There’s no one here to help with the change. You have to bring your own go to the store and ask for some quarters.

Terrible would never go again all the washers was broken only 2 work. They closed 20 mins early after they last seen me putting my clothes in the dryer I went to the store for bags came back they was closed never again they knew I was still drying and decided to make me wait the next day for my clothes the suppose to close at 8 I arrived at 735 and all the lights were off and the door was locked .

This place is going down hill. Half of the machines don’t work, the place is dirty, there’s no body to attend the customers not even the change $ machine works. Is a shame.

Dirty, broken machines. Opens late and closes early. Will lock your laundry in while it is still spinning. I live on this block and drive my laundry a mile to wash it elsewhere. Would not recomend to my least favorite neighbor.
