The Waterfront Worthing built by Kier.
Why are these flats selling so slowly?
I believe that Kier has just been too greedy, they have built flats which are just too small. Anyone moving from a reasonable size home is just going to find these flats too small with the kitchen built or squashed into the lounge.
The highest price flats on the beach front are like living in a gold fish bowl, everyone walking past these flats on the promenade looks straight into your fully glazed home.
Some of the lower floor beach front flats have virtually no sea view at all with the beach huts directly in front of them.
The quality of the build appears questionable with green mildew appearing on many north faces of the property.
The only way I believe these properties will sell are if Kier significantly reduces the prices.
