Thomas & Davies have just completed a large damp proofing, drainage and roof repair for us. From the 1st contact with Mark who talked us through what needed doing (and then answered every query we had with patience & helpful explanations) to the A-team of workers on site. All the work that was planned was done to a very high standard and communication was excellent every step of the way. Invoices for the stage payments were explained by Mark in our weekly catch up. We will certainly miss the singing & laughter provided by all the boys who were a pleasure to have in the house. Final day the clean up was exceptional and every single job was ticked off (& a couple of extras too!) We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Thomas and Davies Buildings Specialists have just completed 2 major jobs for us. New dry verge fitted and damp proofing. Both jobs were completed on schedule and to a high finish. Mark and Neil have been on hand to answer all our questions and were really knowledgeable from the first contact through to completion. They were on hand throughout the work, all invoices sent with photos of the work completed. The finish is excellent and all waste cleared daily. We were really pleased. Would definitely use them again and recommend them as a really reliable and quality building firm.

I needed to resolve a leak in my garage flat roof and was quickly offered a quote to replace it with a new rubber roof along with improvements to the guttering, insulation and ceiling boarding/plastering.
Work was completed promptly (weather permitting!) and to a high standard. Communication was great throughout - I would definitely use Thomas and Davies Building Specialists again.

Thomas & Davies recently completed an extension on my current home.
as a family we were growing out of our existing property, and could not afford to move house, and decided to improve rather than move.
after having plans drawn up, we were recommended Thomas & Davies by a close friend.
initially meeting with Mark Thomas, he was meticulous in his approach, and provided a breakdown of how his company would achieve, and strive to put the drawings into reality.
Mark really put myself, and my wife at ease due to his knowledge of the building and construction industry, and his willingness to go above, and beyond by liaising with planning, building control, and structural engineers.
from the foundations to the completed build all members of the Thomas & Davies building specialist, were extremely hard working, and more importantly took pride in their work, and attention to detail.
if there were decisions that me, and my wife needed to make during the build, and given our lack of experience in this area of expertise, the team would really support us to understand what decisions we needed to make. without their expertise, and personal support, we really would not have had our dream home that we now have today.

I had rising damp in my hallway. Thomas and Davies building specialist came out to give me a quote very quickly & arranged to start the job and where on time starting and finishing. All the people I interacted with were very polite and professional and also very neat. Work came in on budget. I would highly recommend.

Contacted the company to treat damp in my kitchen which was stopping out kitchen installation , after a very good and thorough inspection identified what needed treating, indentifing all the areas effected. After this work was agreed and carried out to very professional standard all concerns were dealt with to a very high standard and finish. During the work even cleaned up after themselves each day. Cannot reconmend this company enough for any work that needs to be carried out and if i need any further work on my property done, i'll know ho to call, can't thank them enough
