Excellent work. Very skilled staff and professional site management - even on a smaller contract. Two bathrooms and a drainage system. Perfect job as recommended. Hose kept clean at the end of each day. Friendly. Based on experience of other builders, I was amazed. They even fitted a trap door for access to pipes and a shelf without being specified.

We have recently had Thomson Properties renovate our family bathroom. First impressions count and when Mark and Jamie arrived - punctual, professional, polite and immediately starting covering/protecting floors - we knew they would do a great job whilst respecting our home.

Renovating our bathroom wasn't an easy task - a very tired, dated and neglected state but Mark's extensive skills and meticulous way of working, transformed the bathroom into something we will love for many years to come. Big thanks to Mark at Thomson Properties - we'll have you back in a flash!

We cannot recommend Thomsons enough. Full credit to Jamie’s exacting standards and to his team for reaching those standards every day throughout the month. All tools were tidied up and floors cleaned daily. Floors throughout were very well protected. Adam, Nick, Chris and Liam were an absolute pleasure to have around and their attention to detail was exceptional. Delighted with the results. We will definitely use their services again if required.

What fantastic customer care before during and after the project of installing a new en-suite for us. Jamie has been extremely helpful throughout. The after care is really impressive answering all our calls and ensuring that we were happy.
Liam popped in throughout checking that our installer nic was getting on nicely and keeping us updated and mark who ripped the old suite out and prepped up ready for the tiling was also very friendly. A really good company and I am overall super impressed with the final outcome. 10+ stars from me and we will be contacting them again for out master bathroom in due course.

Can highly rate the quality and professionalism of Thomson Properties. Throughout the entire process, from planning to installation and through to completion, every aspect was detailed and to a very high standard.
Ben and Jason were assigned the project and were on time every day, arriving with materials and producing an exceptionally high standard of work. Every intention of getting them back to fit my kitchen!
Challenges which were discovered were over come with ease and I was kept informed daily with progress and suggestions to improve the quality of the fit and finish.

I can heartily recommend Thompson Properties for the kitchen refit work they did for us in September/October 2024. They have a team of very versatile, skilled, respectful and intelligent fitters, plumbers, electricians and associated trades. They all take the time to discuss options clearly with the customer and do go well beyond normal expectations to produce the desired results.
For our project, a team member was allocated to do the bulk of the fitting work and to be on site for the duration of the project. My heartfelt thanks to Artem for his masterly skills, dedication and good humour throughout.
The Thomson team stripped an existing kitchen of its units and re-installed half of them into another room giving us plenty of additional storage space. The main kitchen was then totally stripped out – units, plumbing, electrics, floor, ceiling, plasterwork. A lot of old redundant plumbing was rationalised, the floor was insulated & tiled, the ceiling replaced with excellent downlighters. Perfect plasterwork, where needed. Wren-supplied kitchen units were fitted with great attention to detail and set off by some very fine and detailed tilework.
The project management was very well co-ordinated by Liam and was completed well within our time expectations and without any delays.
We are delighted with the result. We will seek out Thomson Properties for any future projects that may arise.
