I highly recommend Malcolm as a surveyor. He is exceptionally experienced, and his report was incredibly thorough. Malcolm managed to identify all areas of improvement and issues with the property. Sarah and Malcolm have been fabulous to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The team have been really polite, efficient and thorough; they organised a convenient time with the estate agent and were happy to answer all of our questions.

They went above and beyond.

On Tuesday they told us that the survey was schedule for Thursday. We asked if they could give us a summary on Friday as we planned our 2nd viewing on Saturday. They provided the entire report on Friday and it wasn't a simply template they filled out, it was full of detail and they looked at everything.

We had a call with the surveyor afterwards and he took his time to explain everything and made sure we understood all the details.

Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and I can't recommend them highly enough.

TPC Ltd.. Based in Dartford. We had a full structural survey done. Malcome Was absolutely fantastic and was happy to take my calls to discuss issues that I felt were huge but he put my mind at rest and quantified everything. He was incredibly thorough and didn't leave a stone unturned. Highly recommend these guys. A nice family run business.
