Don’t get a bathroom suite from this company! The nightmare started when they delivered our bathroom & the van hit our house & it went down hill from there!
They gave us a damaged shower base with the waste in the wrong position!
The shower enclosure was the wrong one!
The power shower had no pump!
There was no tile adhesive, grout or spacers!
They sent a towel rail instead of a radiator.
The sink base unit was the wrong colour & when the replacement arrived it was damaged!
This was supposed to be a turnkey package they obviously don’t know what you need to build a bathroom?
I asked for a site visit & was told by the branch manager that he didn’t have the time.
I escalated my issue with one of the directors to discuss compensation as their personal performance & that of their suppliers meant that I had to pay our builder 2 extra days labour he told me was against company policy to compensate?
In their defence they did correct & replace the damaged items & I have used the rest of their branch for a couple of years now without any issues, they were excellent in the pandemic.
Beware of using their bathroom department to price a job as my project has now gone £1000 over budget & counting!!

Just wanted to say what an absolute joy your service is .from ordering the right skip(nice polite telephone mannered staff), to the length of time you are allowed to have it ,(not always possible to do some jobs so quickly and you make it so easy and stress free).And then the collection by your super skilled drivers nice .polite pleasant guys. A huge thank you .very impressed and would definitely recommend your services.

Fabulous staff, great range of products and good pricing. I used this company many years ago and then moved out of the area. On returning to Flintshire I have gone back to them and their service and range of products has improved even more. A genuinely helpful staff who put you as the customer first, from the counter staff all the way through to the delivery drivers. Prices are good and quality is exceptional

We had a delivery early morning on the 1st April. The driver was amazing nothing was to much trouble for him. I have tried to email to praise the driver as I suffer with anxiety but made me feel at ease. 5*

From management down to staff and delivery always very helpful, after care service very quick and efficient. From a business point of view can’t fault the guys and gals who work here. Ben on plumbing will even help you out even out of business hours as well as Ian on plant hire. Good to see a local business keeping to there roots.
