Three Pines proved to be an excellent choice for our complicated house extension project. They are a big enough company to take the inevitable problems in their stride and overcome them in a practical and professional way. From project management to on-site implementation they performed to the highest standards and were very good at keeping in touch with the various specialist subcontractors and keeping us informed as to what was happening. From senior management to the tradesmen on the job, Three Pines were honest, pleasant and straight forward to deal with.
The finished project met our expectations in terms of quality and finish, with Three Pines going the extra mile to bring the various elements of the project together to a consistently high standard. We would not hesitate to recommend them for other residential projects.

I’m a little disappointed with Three Pines, if I’m honest. They had been doing work on some neighbouring properties, so I thought I’d get in touch to obtain a quote. The process of requesting a quote was easy, you just ring up, give them your details and explain what you want doing – as standard. I explained that I wanted my existing garden wall knocking down and rebuilding but made just that little bit bigger. We have a little bit of land to the side of the property, so wanted to maximise the space. They organised for someone to come round, they were a no-show the first time round but managed to re-arrange and that was all fine. The guy who came round was on time, professional and friendly too. The thing that disappointed me about Three Pines the most was the cost…

I appreciate that this job wasn’t going to be cheap, with the cost of materials on the rise and having to pay for labour costs/their experience etc, but I was absolutely flabbergasted when Three Pines quoted me over £20,000 for this job alone! I obtained quotes from two other companies for comparables and they were both considerably lower than Three Pines. I am assuming they have put the price up to over £20K as they may not simply want to take on this job, which is fine, but if they would have just expressed this when I rang up to enquire, then it would have saved us both some time. I had to rearrange my work schedule/take time off for the two times they were meant to come round (the no-show time and then the time in which they actually did), which makes this even more frustrating. We were also looking to get an extension on the property in the next few years, but it’s a shame as I would now no longer touch them with a bargepole, nor recommend them to anyone.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Josh and his team for doing an amazing job of my Mom's new bathroom.
Under a disability improvements grant via Wolverhampton council my Mom had a full wet room fitted. Three Pines also did extra work in addition to the grant which my Mom could not be more pleased with.
The tradesmen were nothing less than highly skilled, trustworthy, friendly and efficient people whom I would not hesitate to employ again.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new driveway! We had Tarmac and outer edge red brick and a new pathway leading up to front door with 5 steps for easier access.

Awful experience of using these builders. They bullied us and their sub-contractors, they tried to charge for things that we hadn't asked for and wouldn't refund for things that they did wrong. They used carpenters for almost everything whether they were qualified or knew what they were doing. Ran massively overtime due to lack of oversight and communication.

An exceptionally painful experience due to their despicable attitude. DO NOT USE!!
