Planting services. We selected Tim to plant six new 6-8 feet shrubs and a tree having read that he was an ex Head Gardener at Coughton Court. Tim dealt professionally with the planting, knowing how to get the extremely large specimens out of their pots and into their selected positions, whilst working neatly. Tim Green : The Professional Gardener.

Following a free-of-charge survey, and acceptance of advice given; I hired Tim for the makeover of my ‘low maintenance’ garden, which unfortunately had received no maintenance at all for about nine months.

Many shrubs were well overgrown, and hiding others; and were cut back extensively with hand tools - not just ‘hacked at’ with power tools; therefore minimal mess on the floor, as all cuttings were bagged. I could then see flowers which were previously hidden, and were instantly greatly improved.

The main hedge was trimmed back - side and top, making the path a clear walkway. An old pond was removed and infilled, then planted with flowers and herbs; with a flexible border all around to maintain the heightened ground level.

Extra slate was laid, slabs were moved; and others were re-laid to enhance the landscaping features. Two oak half-barrels were shuttered out, filled and planted; and seating areas moved so as to really appreciate the new creation.

Compost, feed, bark, and plants were all supplied by Tim at reasonable prices, and with no delivery costs or time consuming effort on my part.

Three days work and just on budget, and Tim arrived punctually as stated.

Now all done and looking absolutely perfect.

Over the last six months Tim has provided gardening, log chopping and social interaction services to our elderly parents.
Until a couple of years ago they were keen gardeners but age and lack of mobility has crept up on them and the garden became too much of a chore.
Tim has included them in decisions to change the layout of the garden including the grassing over of the veggie patch.
He has also supplied seeds to encourage them to continue with their greenhouse gardening. Highly recommend hard working Tim and the services he provides.

Tim took on my much loved, but very neglected garden, after years of mine and my husband's ill health. He listened carefully to my copious demands and fulfilled them all. He fully supported my organic , wildlife friendly approach. Cheerfully hauled massive containers around, planted trees and shrubs, laid wildflower turf and relocated compost bins. He chopped wood, made sure prunings were saved for kindling and cleared waste for me. I cannot praise him highly enough.
