Tom and his team were professional, punctual and polite throughout and was always attentive at what is a stressful time for families. Following the completion of the build which we are delighted with, Tom came out immediately when we had a leak; and worked out what the problem was even though it wasn't caused by him or the Tipi team- top top service.

If we move again, he is the only builder I would use because I trust him!
