I had a really difficult and complicated plumbing job in my upstairs bathroom. I had tried and failed to get in any reputable plumbers and TLB squeezed me in as soon as they could, the finish is excellent, they were knowledgable and thorough and explained the pricing clearly.
The bath wasn’t standard and needed special order fittings which they sourced within less than 24hrs. The previous piping wasn’t up to standard and they sorted that too. Tidy, on time and professional. My bathroom and vanity look fabulous. I couldn’t recommend them more highly, if you need something done well and to a top tier standard - choose TLB.

Fantastic service from Tom and the team at TLB plumbing and heating. Really fast response times and Matthew arrived to remove a radiator and cap pipes. We agreed I’d contact them again when I was ready for relocating and fitting new radiator. Matthew and his apprentice arrived this morning to complete the work. These two did not stop from the moment they arrived and work was carried out to an excellent standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending TLB and will be contacting them again soon to service boiler.

I called Tom yesterday re a broken toilet handle and he arranged for Matthew and his colleague to call round first thing today. They were really efficient, helpful and pleasant and quickly replaced the handle.

I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of their service. I will definitely use this firm for future plumbing jobs and would thoroughly recommend them.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough.
Professional. Answered every query as soon as they could. We gave them a terrible brief of two pictures and 'use your judgement' and they got it spot on.
It was complete Ahead of time and we were kept in the loop throughout as we weren't living at the property. With daily videos being sent of the progress and explaining what we could see in the videos.
After the work they came out for an issue that turned out to be totally unrelated but got the fix sorted the same day and that helped us move into our house on time.
If you're on the fence on who to go with get these guys out for a quote. You won't regret it!

My old shower gave up the ghost and a TLB professionally and efficiently installed a lovely new unit. They arrived on the day agreed, and let me know when they were on their way which was greatly appreciated. I will not hesitate to use them again if needed and will recommend them to friends and family.

Tom and team recently completely remodeled our bathroom incorporating an old ensuite and changing the layout. There were a few issues with the tiles causing a leak (our fault for not reading the packet properly) and with the painting but everything was sorted straight away and nothing was too much trouble. We were impressed as Tom came out twice to give us quotes at the agreed time and the aftercare has been great. The flush failed a few weeks ago and Tom came out the same day, ordered the part and came back next day to fit it. We are having more work done this week and having Tom back to move the radiator. Thank you All, keep up the good work. 🙂
