We cannot thank Joseph, John and the rest of the team at total construct enough for completely transforming our downstairs into a stunning open plan space! Having received quotes from 5 other builders, we decided to go with total construct as Joseph stood out from the start as being extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of building work and provided us with great ideas for our house which we did not think of. He also guided us through any issues that came up wand provided us with excellent cost saving solutions. His team are extremely hard working, they arrived at 8am everyday and worked a full day, sometimes not even taking a break. As we were moving out of our property for over 3 months, I wanted a team of builders who I could really trust and joseph was great in organising and receiving delivers. I've worked with countless builders in the past on other projects but can honestly say that total construct are the best, their finish is to an extremely high standard and they strive for perfection! I will definitely be using them again for future projects

I am incredibly impressed and grateful to Joseph for giving me my dream home. They are incredibly professional, multiskilled, always willing to go the extra mile, offer very useful advice based on their extensive experience, take initiative to ensure the job gets done to an incredibly high standard, and most importantly, they didn't cut any corners with my job. My entire experience with them from the initial quote (which was very clear, fair and detailed) to the very last day lasted about 3.5 months and I don't have a single complaint. I highly recommend them!

I am a landlord and property developer with over 20 years experience and done over 200 refurbishment projects. The Total construct team were incredibly professional and delivered an excellent high quality finish at a very competitive price, all kept to budget and timescales. In my experience these are the best contractors that I have ever used and will continue to use them. The communication, understanding of the project and professionalism and level of detail that they went into was exceptional. These guys are the crème de la crème at very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

We used Total Construction II in Summer of 2020 at our new home in North West London, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our decision! Joseph and the team were excellent from the very beginning, from ideas helping us to best understand how to achieve what we wanted in the most cost effective way, through to finishing the project to the highest standard. He finished the project within the timeframes set out, even whilst we were in a global pandemic, understanding the need for us to move in imminently. Furthermore his quotation and pricing of the project was always fair, and would even recommend cost saving ways which is not something you come across everyday with builders. We have become friends in the process and will certainly be using his services in any future projects and we would very highly recommend him to our friends and family. Joseph and the team thank you for your efforts in finishing our dream home!

Joseph and team did an excellent job. The project was extensive - complete 4 bedroom house reburb including rewiring, bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, insulation and painting. Joseph ensured all of the work was undertaken to a very high standard and was flexible as the scope extended over the project. We would definitely recommend Joseph and hope to engage him for the house exterior next!
