Excellent and prompt service from giving quote to work being carried out. Window fitted in the garage by John who did a very good job and left everything clean and tidy. Very efficient service from Eddie who was patient with me changing my mind about my requirements and willing to discuss options and draw up revised plans, for which as an elderly lady I was very grateful. The office staff also very efficient at keeping me in touch. Delighted with the new window and would highly recommend the company.

The Total Home Solutions NE team completed building works, (improvements to an existing garden room extension), new windows, replacement facias, soffits and guttering and new front door) and we are very pleased by the very high quality of workmanship and quality of the products supplied. The tradesmen are skilled and experienced, they always arrived on time, were friendly and polite, they worked hard and all jobs were completed to a very high standard. Eddie is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. In the initial survey for the building works he was immediately able to make a suggestion/improvement as to how to remove a restriction with internal door openings which greatly enhanced the final design.

We contracted Total Home Solutions to install a new kitchen , bathroom and to remodel an existing Conservatory and roof replacement, having previously used the Company for building works at our last address.
