We recently had our old patio removed and a new one laid by Tril Construction following a recommendation from a family member who had work completed by them previously.

Both Aiden and Jamie offered professional advise and we valued their opinions on options of how to do our patio as we were unsure of what we were after.

They were very knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel at ease if we had any queries before / during and after the job had been completed.

A skip was required on our neighbours driveway during the work and this was left spotless when the job was complete. They were tidy throughout and hardworking. They completed the patio by the date provided.

Overall we are delighted with the finished job and would highly recommend their services to others. I will definitely be giving them a call for any further work required in the future.

They have really impressed us with the quality of work and I have a further 2 properties that they will 100% do all the work. We have found a family in our builder. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have cancelled our contract more than half way through and will no doubt leave you high and dry with lies after lies after lies being told to you. I have been advised today by the company owner that they are no longer able to trade even though I seriously doubt that this is the case.

I REPEAT - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have evidence which I can make available that completely proves that the business has notified me by writing that they are unable to continue to trade due to financial reasons and that is the reason why they cannot continue with our project. I also have full evidence of all of the lies we have been told which I can share once legal proceedings that we are going to undertake have completed. This is not me being disgruntled. This is attempting to prevent others falling foul of the underhand and deceitful nature from this business.

Also, after 7 months without a single review on google there are 4 additional positive reviews posted hours after this one. Now, these may be truthful reviews, but my cynical mind tells me this is an attempt to cloud over my fully valid negative review. I will leave it to you to make up your own minds.
