Our family had an excellent experience with True Builders. These people know their job. MJ and Andy, worked on our bathroom remodel and we have nothing but praise for these guys. 1) They come on time - notifying when they are on their way 2) They come prepared from the drop mat to their equipment, to their to dos 3) their work quality is "awesome/excellent" 4) They are very courteous wonderful representatives of the company. This is our 2nd remodel and True Builders "DELIVERED" each time. I have to mention the other people who worked in the background for the 2 projects to come to fruition. It is hard to explain what they did but I have to give credit, where credit is really long overdue: Erica and Katlin who were so patient working with old people like "muah" and "muah hubby", Aaron - who has the patience of Job (search the bible for this guy so you know the kind of patience I am talking about). Greg, whom I have never seen in person but has not escaped my wrath of texts and messages, Renzo - the first tile expert guy who worked in our first remodel, he too was an expert at his craft, and the 2 plumbers the not so tall skinny but good looking spanish guy and his partner the equally good looking and quite tall caucasian gentleman. Me and hubby have our senior moments and we just truly forgot their names. If you'd like a remodel with no fear of being "ripped off" True Builders is it. Eden and Dante February 2024

I had a bad leak problem and noticed it late night Thursday. Struggling to find a plumber who would come out immediately the next morning I looked up true builders and Carey came out right away, he told me he would take care of me that same day when everyone else was wanting to come back on Monday. Carey found the leak within minutes and fixed it. Then there was a knock on the door and in came Chad and Randall to help finish the job. These guys did a great job and were very professional. Highly recommend doing business with these guys.

Called to inquire about an estimate for a home renovation/re-build. Samantha was super rude and unprofessional. Rather than listen to what I said she spoke over me, cut me off, and attempted to hang up on me. When I asked her name and let her know she was rude she tried to back track. Apparently asking for an estimate annoyed her or she just can't be bothered to do her job. Happy to use another company, especially after some of the other awful reviews. Hoping Samantha finds a new job she likes or has a better day.

In I could give this outfit a zero, I would! My daughter signed a contract with these people on December 28, 2018. She also had extensive water damage from leaking pipes which required completely ripping out her entire bathroom and the floor all the way to the septic tank. It was left that way for over a month before they finally replaced the cement floor. After much prodding, they reinstalled her toilet about 3 weeks ago. They convinced her to sign over the insurance check in the amount of just over 19,000 "to buy materials " back in February. As of today 3-11-19, no further work has been done. The walls are torn out and she still has no bathtub or vanity. I will be posting pictures on Facebook for anyone who is contemplating using this company. The department of licensing and regulation will be my next contact.

Update:. Work was finally completed after I contacted ABC Action news. I STILL would NOT recommend this company. They'll take your money and take their sweet time.

We learned from True Plumbers that we had a water leak from the outside of the house where a sprinkler was directly striking my daughter's window. True Builders sent Michael and Danny out within 2 hours to assess the damage. Fortunately, the drywall was undamaged, but the carpet is pretty gross. We will need to have that replaced, soon. All of the technicians from True Builders and True Plumbers were very professional and completely honest in their assessment of the situation and what was actually needed. It was such a relief to deal with people of integrity. Thanks again to JP, Dallas, Michael and Danny. If you ask for these guys by name you will not be disappointed.

Had True Pluming come out for a water leak and they were fast, friendly and effective. Will definitely use them again and for multiple projects around the house. Thanks again, Joel and Dallas for everything!
