Very happy with the work done. Tony came and checked everything out, took photos and videos and explained everything really clearly! Work was carried out on the date he said it would be. Although it took slightly longer than planned, everything was explained and price wasn’t put up! Left the house clean and tidy. Always there to help answer any questions, even after work was completed I was able to ring and ask for help regarding other problems. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Tony , Trueform Plastering Damp Specialists were professional from the start . First Tony came and gave my husband and I got a quote and started the work with pictures of the work that needed doing and explanations of what would be done and the timescales. We were updated all the time with how they were doing with photos , and texts the team was fantastic and covered up all our furniture and and put down protective plastic sheeting down even in the communal areas , and recommendations where put in place going forward and what kind of paint to apply to the walls , I would highly recommend Tony and his firm going forward, thank you kind regards Julie Andy Doyle

Contracted Tony from Tru Form to tank the basement in one of my properties. Absolutely horrendous service. Had to call him back numerous times and he has now blocked me and refuses to rectify the issues. I've attached a picture of some of his workmanship. And once you've paid him he will refuse to rectify the issue and run off with the money. Avoid!

Highly recommended. A thorough damp survey was performed with an excellent explanation on how to rectify damp issues. His quote was transparent with no hidden extras. All work was completed efficiently and photographic evidence of each procedure was provided as the work progressed. Tony is a very conscientious, hard working individual and takes pride in providing a first class service. Thank you Tony.

Tony came to survey a number of issues in our basement flat. He detailed all works needed and his quote was very reasonable. He arranged to carry out the works quickly for us as we were desperate to get things sorted.
Tony (and Alan), arrived each day promptly and worked practically non-stop to complete on time, which he did. Every day they cleaned up any mess made and Tony went out of his way to ensure we were happy with what was being done. He photographed and recorded the works progress for me and explained in detail the products being used.
We were thrilled with the standard of his work, his work ethic, politeness and generosity.
We highly recommend him 10/10
For information: He installed an exterior damp proof course front and back, internally addressed damp issues around columns to the bay window in our bedroom, tanked and plastered walls and ceilings, vented cupboards and built in wardrobes. We will definitely use again.

Right from the start, Trueform Plastering Damp Specialists were professional and helpful. First we got a quote and pictures of the work that needed doing and explanations of what would be done and the timescales. We were updated all the time with how they were doing with photos and calls. They were even helpful when the completion date on the house was delayed and they kept to their word and put us in as soon as they could, even working over Christmas.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs a damp course or plastering, The work was of very high quality. They were friendly and polite and always turned up on time. We really appreciate the hard work they put in to sort our house out.

A really great job, skirting boards put back and replaced where necessary. Plastering finished to a high standard. Everything left clean and tidy, carpets put back in place . Really reliable team and great communication throughout with lots of pictures keeping me updated. No delays with the work, all completed ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend.

I find it is rare to find such excellent and professional service these days. Tony went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was fixed. He explained clearly and in detail the problem and how he was going to fix it. Would definitely recommend his services.
