December 2024 we had 8 windows and french patio doors installed. Never gotten this done in any house before and wewent for various quotes at other places too. I decided to go with Truglaze after meeting the staff in person at the shop. They were absolutely lovely. Everyone I came in to contact with had a great attitude and incredibly helpful. I felt well informed and listened to the whole time. We got a very fair quote and were happy to continue. All staff involved from measurements, preparation, ordering, fitting and onwards was so great. We even had some building work done due to needing lintels installed and again, very professional and polite.
We had a couple of minor issues and dealt with promptly as soon as noticed.
I plan to use them again in the future for further work. I would highly recommend them and already have had friends get work done by them after they saw out results.

Having heard of so many bad experiences and seeing Truglaze had good reviews I went to them. From my initial meeting with Kirsteen to David and the installer Reg I had my new front door in just over 3 weeks. The quality of the door is the best I have ever seen and Reg did a perfect job fitting it. His workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding

We have used Trueglaze many times over a number of years to replace our old windows, including when a stone from the lawn mower broke the glass.
All the members of the team have always been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without being pushy. The quality of the products and workmanship are of the highest quality.
We had no hesitation in asking Trueglaze to replace the windows and an emergency escape door in the Church. We were recommended and advised on issues of safety at the survey stage. The engineers/fitters carried out the work to a high standard.
We can also pass on the comments from the congregation, who are to a person overjoyed at the finish achieved.

Truglaze just replaced my windows for me on my property. It was hassle free, I was able to leave the keys with them, they did a great job and left the place tidy.
