We have used T&S Design for our structural design for our house extension after they were recommended to us by our builder.

Our architect enlisted this business for a structural engineers report for a loft conversion plus solar panels. The quality of the report was shocking: much of it was illegible handwriting and it contained no free text to confirm that the proposed development is safe. We didt think it would be of any use to a builder or to us. We asked for a revised report but that did not materialise. In the end we paid just under 600.- for this shoddy report that is of no use to us whatsoever
