Contractors beware of this Fraud PMC. Worst company. They join hands with client and cheat contractors. They prepare BOQ without drawings and Preplanning of project . Later cheat contractors for non tendered items. Their project duration is 4 months , drawing issued after 3 months , then cheat contractor with penalty. Contractors beware of such PMC. Tender document issued without drawings . Becareful. We have got proof from their MOM that they started project drawings after BOQ is issued. 6 months over still bills are not cleared. Now coming up with idea of penalty. Worst PMC . They are unable to defend this review. They don't know road work quality of material. 51% silt soil being recommended for subgrade. We are filing a cheating case against them. Mr. Muralidhar I know you are a cheat. Mr. Muralidhar defend this review if you have guts. I will come out with proofs and photos. Mr. Muralidhar before doing PMC try to learn how to wet BOQ . Try to learn how to face technical Engineering background contractor. Lawyer notice will follow shortly. Be ready to face me at court . Not avoiding me like coward.

Now when things are on public domain they are reacting.
1 . Bills submitted and called them for discussion and NT items finalisation for which rate analysis given . Their colleague Mr. Shashi sent message that they are not in touch with client and we should ask client directly. Now Mr Murali is lying. Hence foul language used in flow of discussion from both parties.
2. In May 2023 bill given and they postponed NT rates .
3. Their wetted BOQ at the time of prebid meet and actual as built work quantity does not match and it is only 58 lacs.
4. 43 lacs completed and billed. With out finalisation of invoice how contractor can pay GST. It is also lie.
5. With one week notice termination letter sent and if they were professional they did not take NOC. No where quality was compromised and we had paid advances to material in June 1st week 2023. Till now they are avoiding to sit for discussion. Now defending on public domain. Great PMC. 20 mails sent no reply. Now their integrity tested hence defence.

I am a professional with 30 years field experience and worked with international consultants . We have not dealt with such poor , treacherous , unprofessional consultant.

One of worst PMC company with out knowledge of project planning . The company head Muralidhar and Shashikiran are having zero knowledge of civil works.They start the Pre - project work after project is kicked off. We have proof for these statements. They cheat poor contractors by not approving their bills. Contractors be careful. Mr . Muralidhar has defended this by stating they don't know me. I can provide proof for above statement. With out knowledge no body will post unnecessarily wasting time. Think before replying Mr. Owner of Tvasta. They don't know contract management. Bills not certified in time . Non tender items not visualised during BOQ preparation. Mobilisation advance suddenly deducted in first bill , which is still to be certified. Contract terminated due to vague reasons. I request all not to work with them. They don't have guts to face contractor technical queries.Project Diamond Blossoms .
