I am moving into my new apartment today and I walked through the door and there was no power! I called the office and was told to call SWEPCO I did and services were restored then disconnected again! I called SWEPCO and was told it was done by the complex!!! The manager Jennifer left for the day and put a note in the system to not have my services restored until Tuesday just to be rude to me!!! I’m stranded with no power and no place to go until Tuesday after paying my prorated rent and my electric bill and nobody will answer the phone she even told the emergency manager that I’d have to wait until Tuesday!!! I’ve waited months to move into my apartment and this has been a nightmare

Super disappointed in the apartment hunting process with this company! Many of the apartment complexes are not open on Saturdays and closed during lunchtime during week. This company could do better by accommodating the working class and open during weekends and lunch hours.
Getting ahold of anyone is like trying to call the president of the United States 😩. Sent to voicemail and no return calls (happened more than once). Customer service is awful. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but this one was warranted.

I was having some doubts about this company but Ms. Stacy helped my Aunt Monica and couldn't have been more professional and polite! (Speaker phone) And the properties are always clean quit and well maintained and I live in a house but always feel safe when I visit as well. Thanks again Ms.Stacy!

AVOID RAINTREE APARTMENTS!!!!! The complex is horrible. The office staff (Christine) is rude. The apartment is gross, you can smell anything your neighbors are smoking, cooking, anything through the air vents. After I moved out early, the staff told me that my deposits would cover most the balances if not all and that I would receive a letter if there was any money due. I never received anything. I tried to email and contact several times over the course of 2 months with no response. I figured maybe I did not owe, but after 5 MORE months, I get a collections letter in the mail. 5! I contacted the collections agency and when I told them I had not received notification- they would not speak to me either. This complex is horrible as far as living style and business wise. Save yourself time and money and LIVE ELSEWHERE! I tried contacting UL Coleman to see what happened and they were no help at all. Sheela Latimer and Britney Waters seemed to think that them not mailing me final notice was MY fault and problem and a debt collection call was "sufficient notice".. This place is a JOKE!

They SUCK as a company! They do not care about their residence and does not have friendly ppl working in most of their offices on property or main office. I should be greeted in a friendly manner everytime I walk through. Does not care or go beyond to resolve issues for you. Smh will never reccomed!
