Called them for emergency as we had a faulty shutter. They charged me £120 call out fee to tell me I needed a new motor im no shutter expert and it was emergency so I agreed they charged me £594 before job was done, They came back few days later with new motor and couldn't install it saying i needed to remove a wall, I got a little wary then so called another company who came out and fixed it the same day no new motor no walls down no call out fee. That company was Alltite shutters if your reading this use them. Anyway the call out fee is non refundable £120 down drain for nothing. They have refunded me the £594 however it took roughly 10 phone calls and 13 days to get the invoices for the work not done all in all be wary and always get a second opinion when using these.

The engineers who came to do the site survey, and those who came to fit the shutters subsequently, were friendly, efficient and did a really excellent job. I'd recommend the firm: indeed, I am going to get them to do some more work for me. The problem that I had was in communicating with Head Office. Still, I'd rather have good shutters and poor comms than the other way around.

Can’t praise John enough for helping us out tonight. We’ve had problems before with the shutter and it’s taken other people a long time to sort it. Same problem happened tonight with them and it took him 5 minutes to sort. Really grateful and would highly recommend John to anyone.

Made a call at 8am this morning after one of our warehouse guys badly damaged our main shutter door, the door would not operate at all and was half way up. Made the call and what a great response, engineers arrived on-site at around 11am and successfully repaired the door. Could not afford to have this problem going in to the weekend.
Brilliant guys.
