I called UK Property Solutions to book a inspection. We agreed a date and time suitable for me.
Tom came out to me and did a totally free, detailed inspection on my flat roof. He gave me options and I felt the Firestone rubber would be best.
The installation was great and on time. The team were great, very polite and always cleaned up after themselves taking away old materials which save me skip hire. I have recommended Tom and Dean to a friend who has now booked in for her roof.

Hired UK property solutions for a roof job and was nothing but delighted. Was such an easy quick service from start to finish. They were punctual, came in at a very reasonable price, they worked with me on my budget, and completed the job to a very high standard! They were also very clean keeping their tools and any mess from the job clean. I can’t recommend this company enough they are friendly, reliable and the work was spot on, thank you!

I would like to say a massive thank-you to Tom and Dean for coming out and been totally honest with me as previous roofers had tried to scam me out of thousands for work that should of only cost a fraction of the price. Excellent team.
Tom returned my call immediately and came around when he said he would and gave me honest assessment of what needed doing - and perhaps more importantly what didn’t need doing - submitted me with a proper detailed estimate in a timely manner.
Tom booked me in a week or so later and he and Dean turned up when they said they would. The work took a day or so longer than was expected but with no extra charges and good attention to detail - in fact the team noticed more work was actually required but the price never changed. It was good to have people who knew what they were doing on the job and had attention to detail. Site was left tidy at the end, soffits cleaned and debris removed.
Highly recommend these guys, very personable professional outfit and they just get on with the work and hardly taking breaks! Good reputation in my street as they’ve been working on a few of my neighbour’s roofs too.

What a lovely set of lads at uk property solutions. Everything was great from start to finish from the inspection proof of work shown on pictures and a detailed description of materials cost and labour and these gentlemen delivered and exactly how they explained the job would be done. All my roofing repairs are now completed and I'm stress free thankyou so much 🙃

Tom Come out to give me a free inspection on my roof he give me a detailed breakdown of the work that needed to ne carried out he booked me in on a date that suite me and was flexible to me and tom and dean Come and worked very hard on my property replacing broken tiles and missing dry verge caps they was very fair with price as I Got three qoutes in total and they was very polite and proffesinal. They cleaned everything down after and swept up and took away any excess mess thankyou uk property solutions I would 100percent recomend
