Bhavin was excellent from the first text to completing the structural pack. He arranged a visit really quickly and his knowledge and experience was very evident. He was very professional and easy to deal with. He turned around the drawings and calcs within 24 hours of his visit which was at the weekend. Other companies had quoted 2 weeks for this.
