After worrying for days about a leaning wall I’d just uncovered under some old plaster in our new (to us) family home, being ghosted by one SE and fobbed off by another, I happened across Zacs number. The guy turned up a day later (today) and with his knowledge and agreeable character put my mind right at ease. He explained the front of my house isn’t going to fall off and I’m not going to have to sell my organs on the black market to pay for the remedial work. Absolutely buzzing.
