Where to start!
From the initial phone call to Andrea to arrange an appointment to the finish of the conversion we couldn't fault Up Another Level in any way.
James came and viewed our pokey loft and quickly saw the potential for our dream and drew up some exciting plans.
Throughout the build James visited countless times a day was able to offer some wonderful options when we kept asking for little extras like an on suite, more windows etc etc.
The work was completed to an expert standard and the team have an extensive team of specialists to complete every aspect of the build to the very highest of standards.
Scott needs a special mention as he single handedly completed lots of the early weeks work a d seemed to do 3 people's work every day (from 7am every day)
The plumbers, plasteres, electrican and decorators were all fabulous and they couldn't have delivered a better product.
Highly recommended for sure, professional and knowledgeable and made easy work of our wish list, we couldn't be happier with every aspect of the conversion.

Couldn’t recommend up another level Loft Conversions enough, Right from the initial contact with Andrea who was very friendly and helpful. when James visited and drew out the draft plans he explained the best way forward for our conversion, we knew we had chosen a professional service. The project was brilliantly planned by Andrea in the office who also answered the questions we had along the way. The whole team are all very professional tradesman and accommodating. They worked well and we didn’t really know they were here as they were very tidy workers. We are absolutely thrilled to bits with our new loft, it is beautiful!!! And gave my eldest son the best space and bedroom he had always wanted.

James and the team remodelled our existing loft conversion to make much better use of the space, relocating the stairs and extending the dormer to give us two bedrooms and a large separate bathroom. They worked incredibly hard, were very considerate and communication was brilliant. The finished job has massively enhanced our home and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of having a loft conversion.

Up Another Level converted our loft space into another bedroom and ensuite bathroom earlier this year.

Communication was great throughout and the workmen were polite, courteous and always helpful. We are incredibly happy with our new room.

There were a few minor issues that cropped-up post-completion of the work. Every time we've contacted UAL they have been lighting fast to respond and come to resolve any problems.

All in all, I can highly recommend them.

Up Another Level converted my loft space into a perfect attic master en-suite bedroom. I was impressed with their service from the very start and they exceeded my expectations in all areas. The communication I had with them was priceless and definitely made the whole process so much easier and manageable. I had a very tricky situation with my neighbour who refused to sign the party wall agreement. Up Another Level went above and beyond with helping me to sort this out. They gave advice, recommendations and reassurance and made contact with the council, my surveyor and my neighbour on my behalf. I'm not sure how many other companies would have provided what felt like a personal service. My extension was further complicated by Covid-19 but yet again the whole process went as smoothly as it possibly could have thanks to the communication with the team. I am so happy with the design and the ideas that the builders had; they were always on hand to give me their invaluable professional advice. The builders are very professional and definitely have an eye for detail, I never expected a loft as amazing as what I have. I considered myself quite a fussy customer as I was so picky with what I wanted but the team were happy to accommodate and even made suggestions that I would never have thought of. The workmen were great and I was happy to trust them with home whilst I was out working. I am delighted with the finished product and would most definitely recommend Up Another Level to anybody who wants to vastly improve their home with a loft conversion 🙂
