I used Up Architecture to produce floor plans, designs and elevations for a loft conversion that involved the removal of the existing roof and the installation of a new one. They also successfully managed the submission of the planning and building control applications. They were clear from the beginning in communicating the process we had to follow, and the costs involved at each step. They were very professional in the delivery of their services, and we now have an outstanding third storey to our house. I am a very happy customer and I would highly recommend Up Architecture!

Up Architecture were a great help in getting our Coffee bar up and running. In the early stages They were able to survey and produce floor plans and elevations for the interior and exterior work, obtained listed building consents and worked with our interior designer to achieve the best results. Recently used up architecture for all drawings and design on a double storey extension.
The build was on 200 year old vicarage in a green belt area.
so was not without its complications.
But due to the professional service provided all issues where solved swiftly.
The design of the build was sympathetic and in keeping with the property and rural area.
Up architecture where also excellent at liaising with building control and builders on site.
Which helped with the project been completed on schedule.
