James and his team were amazing when doing our extension. We are a family with young children and they were so considerate and kept disruption to a minimum. They were clean, tidy and very professional. They were considerate to our neighbours and turned up and worked the hours they said they would. The extension looks amazing and everyone has commented on what a great job James and his team have done. Would highly recommend them and definitely will be using them for any future work.

We have been incredibly impressed by James and his team: a great quality extension which was completed very quickly and to a very high spec. Our neighbours commented on how efficiently and quietly the builders worked causing very little disturbance throughout the process. The quality of the finish is very good and Vas, in particular, was excellent in laying the new stone flooring and completing some tiling. Upwards and outwards will be recommended by us to friends with extension and other home improvement plans. We would definitely use them again.

James and his team completed a 2 storey extension for us. They managed to keep disruption to a minimum despite extensive work being done throughout. They were considerate towards our neighbours and completed build to a high standard. We were very pleased with the outcome and suggestions they made throughout and would use them again.

We cannot recommend Upwards and Outwards enough. They did an excellent job on our flat, both decorating and structural work and everything was completed on time! Very reliable and nice team and we will definitely be using them again. Absolutely brilliant job!

Can't recommend these guys enough - they've re-plastered, re-plumbed, tiled, painted and re-roofed for us. All done extremely well.

Excellent finish, high quality workmanship for a very reasonable price - they really do go the extra mile on everything.
