What an absolute pleasure it has been doing business with urban spaces team. dealing with Chris and Donna have been amazing in planning and execution of my Awesome Garden Studio.

The hardest part of this process was choosing the design of what I wanted.

Once the build was underway, we were amazed at how tidy and considerate the team were. The level of pride and attention to detail that the team took, speaks volumes to their individual professionalism and the overall ethos of the Company.

The quality of the workmanship, the professionalism and friendliness of the team is second to none. We are really happy with our garden room. The time estimate given of when the building would be completed changed from the initial quote, then during the work, which was the only issue we had. However, despite this we would definitely recommend Urban Spaces to anyone looking for a garden room. We love ours.

It was our first building project - a dance studio/ family room and we had a very positive experience with Urban Spaces and their team. Really enjoyed working with the whole team at Urban Spaces and what they have built us has been amazing. 9months later and we use it most days, warm in winter and cool in summer (100% recommend the AC) it has really been a massive positive change for the family. Lovely people to deal with, high spec and finish throughout, and a fantastic multi-use space for the whole family to use. Would definitely recommend Urban Spaces, the whole team right through from Chris and Donna the electricians and carpenters were all lovely people, listened to all of the ideas we had, what we wanted the building to look like and how we wanted to use it - and brought it to life superbly. In place of an old 60’s garage we now have virtually a ground floor extension home office, cinema room and chill out space all in one.

Urban Spaces built a wonderful garden room for us. They were on site from late April - late June for a large build with plumbing which made it a bit more complex. Took a bit longer than expected though some things were out of their control (Delivery truck from supplier was broken down)

Quality is fantastic. Choices and options really wide - we went for barcode style Siberian larch which looks great, had all sorts of different things we could have done

Incredibly effective on problem solving with putting water in and dealing with an initially uneven surface

Good attention to detail and took a lot of pride in their work. Generally very tidy and swept up everyday and made sure things were left in a good state end of each day. Very kind and accommodating of our dog who wanted to be outside and saying hello to them.

The only thing we’d do differently or recommend to Urban Spaces/other clients is that while there was lots of communication, it would have been easier all in one place. It was hard sometimes to find what we said when, what had been agreed and what we needed to make decisions on. We had communication on WhatsApp, email and on site. Every question was answered but having it in one place (e.g online portal or a summary that is updated with key decisions) would have been great.

Overall, massive thank you and would recommend!
