We recently completed a large renovation project with Sefe and his team at U&U, and we're very happy with the results. The project took a year to complete, but we only kept the exterior walls and the roof — everything else was rebuilt from the ground up.

Throughout the entire process, the team was incredibly trustworthy and punctual. They consistently showed up on time and kept us informed every step of the way. OUR PROJECT WAS TO BUILD A CHALET BUNGALOW…….
An amazing experience from start to finish. Sefe (director) guided us through what we thought would be a hurdle of hard decisions, but with his amazing knowledge of construction, it seemed much easier than we imagined. With his keen eye on design, he gave us many ideas which were better than our original one’s.
The project was achieved on time and on budget which is a very important factor when taking on a project.
All the workforce were very polite and experts in their various trades.

I have used U&U for several years and will only use them when extending or building new. They have done 10 ort so projects for me and always come in on time, and more importantly, on budget. Currently working on another new build for me and nothing is ever too much hassle. Sefe in particular is amazing and despite how busy he is, he always makes time for me.

Sefe and his team were excellent, friendly and helpful from the first point of contact to completion of the project and beyond. Sefe took time to meet with us throughout the project to explain the process and involve us in troubleshooting when needed. Charges were transparent and we didn't pay one pence over the quoted fees. I can not recommend Sefe and his team more highly and would be delighted to use them again in the future.
