Vlad and him team at VAIA Construct Ltd have done a fantastic job adapting our bungalow into a 6 bedded care home. This is the second care home that VAIA Construct Ltd have completed for us and I must say they have done a professional and fantastic job. They have kept to schedule as much as possible and clearly communicated where there have been any delays, these have been caused by external forces and not Vlad and his team. I have been very pleased with the finished product at both sites and would highly recommend Vlad and his team to anyone looking for building work to be completed. I will have future projects and I will always return to Vlad and his team as I know I am in safe hands and will get a professional finish in a timely manner.

I am happy to highly recommend Vlad and his team following our recent extensive renovations in Norwich. We had front and rear ground floor extensions, internal walls installed, floor works and access to other associates such as plaster and wiring professionals which, made our job easy as Vlad project managed most of the coordination. The team are hard working and will work rain or shine to get the work completed and ensure important project timelines are on track for installations such as new kitchen and bathrooms. We will use Vlad and his team again in the future without a doubt. Good luck to you all having your renovations, the hard work does pay off!

VAIA Construct was recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad that we went along with the recommendation. Vlad and his team have been absolutely fantastic. Our project was not the easiest - creating an open plan space with a full-width ground floor extension that required several very large steels, but everything went really smoothly and at a brilliant pace. The team has been working really hard and put extra effort to make sure a finish of an incredible standard, making suggestions and taking initiative as they went along. We felt we could completely trust them to do a great job and they did! Very courteous and professional on the site, we would not hesitate to recommend Vlad and his team for anyone looking for a quality builder in Norfolk.

Honestly would not use another building firm after working with this team. Everything is always spot on and they are always happy to go that extra mile. Very reliable and trustworthy people, nothing they cant help with.
