We had a problem with the boiler making a strange loud noise. Called Vale and they arranged to visit within 3 days. We have used them many times before and they are always reliable. Would recommend.

Brian and his team replaced our oil boiler and fitted new radiators while we were having some building and kitchen work done. They fitted us in quickly when we were let down by another company and worked well with our builders and other tradesmen. The team were very friendly and efficient and have done a great job. I'm not easily pleased, but I would recommend them highly.

Vale installed a complete oil fired central heating system for us. The quote was accurate, detailed and competitive. All we had to do was open the front door and they did the rest. They were very tidy after each day with no mess left and all furniture and carpets put back. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Vale fitted a ground floor shower room for us in January 2018. We couldn't have asked for 2 nicer gents to spend a week working in our house. Each night they left the place clean and tidy and each morning they arrived with a smile. The finished room looks great and they even did a couple of bits which weren't strictly included in the price. Cannot find fault with Vale Heating and Plumbing....100% recommended.

Terrible company - Boiler not big enough for our house, ignore every communication. Damaged our property installing, the engineer did the install then realised he had the hot and cold feed round the wrong way when he tried to start it up and also did not install compliantly cost us £340 to rectify as the lead pipe issue invalidated home insurance. Use these people at your peril. Not a bad price for boiler but as the saying goes you get what you pay for and in our case that was little. Great shame as they were a recommendation. We now face legal action as we cannot run a power shower off the boiler it runs at Max constantly just to run radiators and water. We changed the boiler to have a shower so where does that leave us now!
