Jonny and crew sorted out a seriously boggy garden which had been a long term problem. After inspection of the site, a plan was laid out and work started promptly after accepting the quote. The work required trenching, laying pipes, stones and membrane. All carried out very professionally and resulting in garden that can now be walked on. I can recommend Vantage Drain Services.

Having been let down by home insurance company and their appointed contractor, Jonny and Ben undertook substantial repairs to our drainage lines, particularly to excavate and replace sections of bellied pipe. Jonny was responsive and proactive throughout, and focussed on delivering future proof repairs. I’d happily recommend VDS and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We had a major exterior sewage leak due to blocked pipes (wet wipes!!!!) on a Friday. Johnny was able to come round within 2 hours of me calling and managed to clear the immediate problem within an hour.

He then came back on the next working day (he offered to come on the weekend) and analysed the rest of the pipes around the house with a camera and cleared a bigger issue as well as advising on the state of the pipes. It wasn’t an easy job due to a fused drain lid but he pushed on till he did the job.

I’d definitely use him again and would 100% recommend him to anyone who has an issue with drains. He has my full confidence.

Had a problem with a blocked outside drain. Phoned VDS on a Sunday morning. Arrived within an hour. Issue was quickly diagnosed and resolved. Highly recommend for any drainage requirements.
