We enquired with Vaultstone to replace the bathstone mullions on our period property in Penarth.

Matt the surveyor was highly responsive and very knowledgeable, and quickly provided a detailed quote for the works, which we found to be very reasonable.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process - the team sourced new bathstone, shaped them to match our neighbour, and installed them with minimal disruption. The team of masons who undertook were extremely helpful, courteous and polite - even helping my mother-in-law to move a washer-dryer from our utility!

I would highly recommend Vaultstone - they are streets above other well known local masons in my area - who were unprofessional and 'ghosted' us.

My house is dated back to 1880 with lots of exposed interior and exterior stone walls, steps, patios and pathways.
All of which were in very bad condition.
Vaultstone came to view my property, put together a plan with individual prices.
They actually stuck to the plan and stuck to the prices without any hidden extras.
It takes a lot to impress me but these guys really restored my faith in getting a job well done without any hassle in the right time frame.
Highly recommend for a friendly professional job.
