Worked with Jordan and his team now for a number of years, pretty much since he started out with his company.

When I say one of the best in the area, it sounds like a very bold statement, but with an architect, you need support and help in many areas, and there is an order you do things in. Jordan and his team help with this and more.

In building, you always get issues or problems pop up on a daily basis, so you need an architect that's on your side and works with you to resolve an issue for you as it arises.

Jordan and his team are experienced architects and always deliver what is asked of them, from design to technical questions.

They will advise you of where to go for things like your saps calculations or how the planning process works, and the time scales to be expected.

The reason for the 4th star isn't a negative but more of a warning, you do sometimes have to wait for works to be finished or updated but as long as your in contact with them they do try and do things as swiftly as possible. I feel Jordan and his team are stretched, and it's hard to get good staff, so be patient where possible, but be firm when something needs doing on the double, and they will deliver when it matters.

Our project requirement was to renovate a large part of a holiday cottage but we were not going to be present to oversee much of the work.
We put our trust in Jordan at Vertex and he didn't disappoint. He did all the drawings, building control requirements and issued a spec to 3 local builders for pricing. We agreed a price and time frame with a builder and left them to it.
