Grant and his team at Vertical Design Build finished building our home in February of 2024. Their integrity, transparency, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We took a direct hit from recent hurricanes, and the house came through unscathed. Our landscaping was demolished, but our coastal elevated home withstood the most difficult test imaginable.

After signing the contract to build our home in Granada Park on February 13th 2021 we were able to move in on February 6th 2023. It was a tedious process due to the delay in materials and labor shortage caused by Covid. Grant Castilow saw it through with a sense of humor and a bit of sarcasm. Brad Thurman, our construction manager, was supervising the job everyday and got along very well with all the subcontractors. As a midwesterner he is friendly and remains calm at all times. He kept the neighbors happy in the midst of 5 houses under construction at the same time in a very tight knit community. We are very happy with our new home now that we’re living in it. It is beautiful and highly functional for our multigenerational family. Thanks for providing us with our forever home.
