Verve delivered the project vision perfectly. We enormously enjoyed working with Mark, he was always easy to reach, gave clear and concise reports and successfully delivered full planning permission in a timely manner.

Our 1900’s house was updated adding a loft conversion, three bathrooms, a 50sqm kitchen/garden room along with a two space garage, drive and gates.

We would also highly recommend him as our Architect of choice for future projects.

I would recommend Mark @ Verve Architecture very highly. We have worked with him for a number of years across multiple projects.

We've recently engaged with him to design a new side extension and loft conversion for our house. Not only are the designs functional, but they are beautiful as well. Mark understood from the beginning exactly what it was we were trying to achieve.

In addition, Mark's help and assistance throughout the planning permission application was truly unrivalled. We hit a number of issues, including archaeological dig queries, issues surrounding tree roots, and an extended back-and-forth with the conservation area and planning officers.

Mark took away all of the stress and handled all of the above despite it being a long and drawn-out process. In the end we received full planning and this is almost entirely down to the hard work that Mark put in.

Even since, Mark has been a regular face on our project and has always been available to our builder and engineers for questions and often comes on-site to assist.
