Volkerstevin are OK but work every day in a midst confusion,no structure & a lot of disorganisation amongst the foremen etc power hungry,never worked anywhere like it 9 dock Devonport Plymouth,right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is actually doin & i worked there for 13 months so have a good insight.
