Requested a structural engineer and subsequently booked, unaware of £60 cancellation fee. Cancelled survey with more than 48 hours as they would not commit to calling me after survey with a verbal summary - issued with cancellation fee!!!. Made to feel like it was an inconvenience to them to fit a phone call into their schedule despite paying £100s. Expensive and not good customer service. Other companies I have dealt with around Lincoln, ALWAYS give a courtesy call after the survey.
