We've just had a garage conversion (combined with existing lounge) completed by Warrington Construction. This included knocking down walls, moving gas/electric meters, garage door blocking up, new double glazing/front door, new flooring, new radiators, front of house rendered, plastering, electrics etc.

From start to finish, they have been excellent:
- detailed upfront quotation and well explained in detail by Alex
- work started when they said it would
- all third parties handled by Alex. E.g. gas/electricity suppliers, building inspector etc.
- costs stayed as per quotation except where we asked for extra work
- payments only due once each phase was complete
- polite/courteous team of workmen
- communication excellent (Alex)

We are very happy with the outcome and do not hesitate to recommend Warrington Construction.

Warrington Construction recently completed a first floor extension above garage/kitchen/utility room on our property, adding 2 good sized bedrooms and a second family bathroom. They also relocated and replaced the boiler and re-fitted the original bathroom.

Of three quotes obtained Warrington Construction's was very competitive and gave the most detail enabling us to see where the costs were and what impact making changes would have which increased flexibility during the build.

Despite serious Pandemic related supply chain issues and some horrendous weather Alex and the team adjusted their work schedule accordingly and delivered on time.

At all points from start to finish Alex identified any risks/possible costs for additional work from unknown issues and when they arose the extra work was within the originally suggested additional costs and the work conducted without extending the completion date.

Throughout the job we were consulted and able to make changes/additions to the work, most changes were incorporated without any additional costs and any additions we made were quoted within 24hours and also completed within the original timescale.

The team were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous to our neighbours cleaning up as much as possible and minimising any unwanted disruption or mess in the street.

This extension impacted every room of the property and despite being an experience we were not looking forward to Warrington Construction made good all impact to other rooms/fittings and took all our anticipated worry out of the job and have left us with a house of which we are proud.

I can't think of any way they could have made the job easier or been more of a pleasure to deal with.

We used Warrington construction to turn a ground floor kitchen extension that had been previously done, into a 2 story extension with a new master bedroom and ensuite.

From first contact, Rob and Alex were responsive and helpful. They studied our plans, carried out a site visit and gave us a detailed quote along with a start date and completion time. They stuck to all 3 of these with no big surprises.

The overall project went as well as we could have asked for really, particuarly when you factor delays on materials such as timber, roof tiles and windows.

The different builders, joiners, brickies, electrician etc were all really approachable and knowledgeable and all did a good job for us.

We have now moved in and are really happy with transformation carried out to create our new bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite along with changing the tired and dark kitchen into a bright modern open kitchen diner.

Is there anything they could improve on? I would say the only niggles were some delays with the tiler in the ensuite and they could have been a little tidier. But thats really nit picking.

Would I use them again? Absolutely yes I would!
